By submitting a request to have specific tips or tip sources marked as spam, the agency acknowledges and agrees to the following: The agency accepts full responsibility for requesting that these tips be filtered into the spam folder. The agency understands that this action may prevent future tips with similar content, keywords, or sender characteristics from appearing in the main inbox, as they may also be automatically routed to spam. The agency recognizes that no alerts or notifications will be generated for tips marked as spam. The agency remains responsible for regularly reviewing the spam folder to ensure that legitimate or high-value tips are not overlooked. This process is designed to protect agencies from being overwhelmed by high-volume, low-value, or disruptive submissions while still ensuring that critical information is not missed. By proceeding, the agency confirms that it understands the operational impact of marking tips as spam and will maintain appropriate review practices to prevent the loss of important information.
